Plans for our alliance

Now I know you people have probably heard enough of me already, but I think we need to upgrade a few things.

(1)We need to order at least 2 troops a day, if you are under constant attack send them far away to cover then being killed. Or if this doesn't work find a village for refuge.
(2)I have noticed a lot of people loosing large amounts of resources, this brings our alliance rank down and that doesn't make me a happy person. BUILD THOSE CRANNYS UP PEOPLE. Find 2 people to sit for your account and do the same for them.
(3)If you have troops raid as much as you can and avoid attacking members of an alliance. We are not strong enough yet to solve that sort of problem.
(4) I think people need to research and upgrade their best (defensive troops) Romans like myself would be the prats. I think it would be good for some members to get workshops and order fire catas and rams. Doing this will fend off and destory anyone who is a problem to us/ troops just don't cut it enough for me.

If you want to share your thoughts on this alliance and how we can "better manage it" respond.

i think we must exchange resources only with members of the alliance, so this trade will be in benefit of the alliance

Yes i agree that....by doing that we can grow up faster...

yes.., Quite a good idea.. We have to wait for more members so trading will be more efficient
